Disclosing Entity

Other than the GPS Invest Pooled Fund which is a 'disclosing entity', GPS intends to operate its other mortgage funds as  non-disclosing entities. However, if one or more of those funds became a disclosing entity, the following arrangements would apply:

• As a disclosing entity, the mortgage fund would be subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.
• We will satisfy our continuous disclosure obligations by publishing any material information on our website at www.gpsinvest.com.au.
• Accordingly, given the disclosure of material information will be made on our website; we will not be required to lodge continuous disclosure notices for any disclosing entity with ASIC.
